What I've Learned From Your Dream Stories

Hey Reader,

Since Into Dreamland launched, I've been getting emails about other people's dreams. It's incredible to see what people have captured from their dreams.

Stories about dreams that finally made sense. Questions about symbols that keep showing up. Breakthroughs that happened when folks stopped Googling and started paying attention to what they see and feel.

And I've noticed something. The pattern isn't in the symbols themselves. It's in what happens when you stop rushing to interpret them.

Several folks told me the same thing: They had a dream that really bothered them. They wanted to know what it meant. They tried to search for answers, bought a dream encyclopedia, looked over a few books that had 'deciphered' hundreds of dreams to look for clues. Even asked friends.

And then they tried something different. They wrote it down without analyzing it. They let it sit for a few days, or a week or even longer.

They captured more dreams. And that's when the meaning arrived. Not as a definitive answer, but as a quiet recognition. Oh. That's what that was about.

The dreams that matter most don't announce themselves with clarity. They reveal themselves slowly, when you're not demanding answers.

Here's what else I've learned from your stories:

The dreams you remember aren't always the most important ones. Sometimes the feeling that lingers is more significant than the narrative.

One person described their first lucid dreams didn't talk about flying or changing the dream. They talked about that moment of realizing "I'm dreaming" and feeling fully awake inside it.

Your personal symbols are wildly specific. Houses, water, animals, people you know...these show up for everyone. But the house in your dream is never just "a house." It's your childhood home or the apartment where you felt safest or the place you've never seen but somehow know. That specificity matters.

Dreams don't solve problems. But they show you what's unresolved. And sometimes, that's enough.

If you've been working with Into Dreamland, I hope you're discovering your own patterns. The ones that don't show up in books or guides, because they're uniquely yours.

I'm working on something to help you track those patterns more intentionally. A place to record what surfaces, what repeats, what stays with you long after waking.

Almost ready to share.

The details you forget by morning. The emotions that don’t quite make sense yet. The symbols that keep repeating until you notice...

Hey Reader, The light is changing. Not dramatically. Not all at once. But if you've been paying attention to your mornings, you've probably noticed - the darkness doesn't hold as long as it did in January. The sun arrives a little earlier each day. Winter is starting to release its grip. And if you've been tracking your dreams, you might notice they're changing too. Dreams don't exist in isolation from the body. They're shaped by light exposure, sleep pressure, temperature, the rhythm of your...

Hey Reader, Here's a quick update about Into Dreamland. During the book launch, Amazon temporarily pulled the book during a routine rights verification review. Everything has been resolved, and it’s available again on Amazon. If you tried to click over and saw an error page, that’s what happened. It was frustrating timing, especially during launch week, but we’re moving forward. To reset things properly, I’ve lowered the price to 99¢ for a short window. If you’ve been meaning to pick up a...
