When Dreams Change With the Seasons

Hey Reader,

The light is changing.

Not dramatically. Not all at once. But if you've been paying attention to your mornings, you've probably noticed - the darkness doesn't hold as long as it did in January. The sun arrives a little earlier each day. Winter is starting to release its grip.

And if you've been tracking your dreams, you might notice they're changing too.

Dreams don't exist in isolation from the body. They're shaped by light exposure, sleep pressure, temperature, the rhythm of your days. When those external conditions shift, your dreams shift with them.

In late winter and early spring, I often hear people describe their dreams as lighter, more active, sometimes more fragmented. Less of the deep, slow, mythic quality that shows up in December and January. More movement. More color. More characters passing through.

It's not better or worse. It's just different.

Your brain is responding to longer daylight, earlier wake times, the subtle recalibration that happens when seasons turn. REM sleep timing shifts. Dream recall changes. The themes that felt urgent in the dark months might fade, and new ones surface.

If your dreams feel different right now, that's not random. That's your subconscious adjusting to the world around you.

Pay attention to what stays. Pay attention to what changes.

Some dreams only make sense in winter. And some are waiting for spring.

Hey , You’ve learned how to interpret your dreams. Now you need somewhere to keep them. Not a blank notebook that leaves you guessing what matters. Not scattered notes you never come back to. A place that holds everything in one system. The Into Dreamland Companion Journal is live today. It’s designed to help you capture what your dreams are actually showing you. The details you forget by morning. The emotions that don’t quite make sense yet. The symbols that keep repeating until you notice...

Hey Reader, Since Into Dreamland launched, I've been getting emails about other people's dreams. It's incredible to see what people have captured from their dreams. Stories about dreams that finally made sense. Questions about symbols that keep showing up. Breakthroughs that happened when folks stopped Googling and started paying attention to what they see and feel. And I've noticed something. The pattern isn't in the symbols themselves. It's in what happens when you stop rushing to interpret...

Hey Reader, Here's a quick update about Into Dreamland. During the book launch, Amazon temporarily pulled the book during a routine rights verification review. Everything has been resolved, and it’s available again on Amazon. If you tried to click over and saw an error page, that’s what happened. It was frustrating timing, especially during launch week, but we’re moving forward. To reset things properly, I’ve lowered the price to 99¢ for a short window. If you’ve been meaning to pick up a...
