When Dreams Don’t Make Sense Yet

Hey Reader,

Lately, I've been hearing a lot of the same thing from people.

They're dreaming. They know something is happening. But they can't quite explain it. The details don't stick. The meaning feels just out of reach.

If that's been true for you too, you're not doing anything wrong.

Some dreams arrive clear and sharp. Others come in sideways. Emotional first, logical later. And some don't really want to be understood right away at all.

I've learned not to rush those ones.

The temptation is always to pin them down quickly. To figure out what they're "about." But most of the time, what matters shows up before the explanation does. A mood that follows you into the day. A moment that keeps replaying. A feeling that doesn't quite let go.

That's where I've been living for the past few months.

I kept hearing this same frustration - from you, from other readers, from myself. Dreams that feel important but impossible to decode. The sense that your subconscious is trying to tell you something, but you're missing the language.

So I did something I haven't done before. I wrote a complete guide.

Not the kind that tells you what your dreams mean. The kind that teaches you how to figure it out yourself. How to remember dreams when mornings feel chaotic. How to build your own personal dream vocabulary instead of relying on generic symbol dictionaries. How to actually listen to what your subconscious mind is trying to say.

Into Dreamland: A Guide to Dream Interpretation, Lucid Dreaming, and Understanding Your Subconscious Mind will be released February 2.

I'll share more details next week, including your personal discount during the launch. But I wanted you to know first because you've been here, reading these reflections, and pay attention to your dreams even when they don't make sense yet.

That attention matters. And soon, you'll have more tools to work with it.

Hey , You’ve learned how to interpret your dreams. Now you need somewhere to keep them. Not a blank notebook that leaves you guessing what matters. Not scattered notes you never come back to. A place that holds everything in one system. The Into Dreamland Companion Journal is live today. It’s designed to help you capture what your dreams are actually showing you. The details you forget by morning. The emotions that don’t quite make sense yet. The symbols that keep repeating until you notice...

Hey Reader, Since Into Dreamland launched, I've been getting emails about other people's dreams. It's incredible to see what people have captured from their dreams. Stories about dreams that finally made sense. Questions about symbols that keep showing up. Breakthroughs that happened when folks stopped Googling and started paying attention to what they see and feel. And I've noticed something. The pattern isn't in the symbols themselves. It's in what happens when you stop rushing to interpret...

Hey Reader, The light is changing. Not dramatically. Not all at once. But if you've been paying attention to your mornings, you've probably noticed - the darkness doesn't hold as long as it did in January. The sun arrives a little earlier each day. Winter is starting to release its grip. And if you've been tracking your dreams, you might notice they're changing too. Dreams don't exist in isolation from the body. They're shaped by light exposure, sleep pressure, temperature, the rhythm of your...
